I love Music! My life could consist of me listening to music all day long. Some of my favorite artists are Travis Scott, The Weeknd, Drake, Post Malone, Future, and Smoke Purp. These artists are all different and I listen to each when I am in my different moods. I have way more artists I listen to as well, but these are my main go to. All in all, my coping mechanism for anything is music, and without music I would not be who I am today.
Football
The Love of my life! Football is my escape and way I like to clear my mind. In football, I have met my best friends and have so many good and bad memories. I have learned the value of hard work and the ability to push through pain. Football is much more than just a game, but it is a piece of my life. I hope everyone can find their passion or love like I have in Football!
Gratitude
Being grateful for what we have been given is very important. If we take time to be grateful for what we have, then we are not so quick to look for what we do not have. It allows us to be joyful in the present rather than just looking into the future.
Daily Examine
The Jesuit daily examine consists of Gratitude, acknowledgement of sin, forgiveness of sin, and grace. This a practice that has helped me clear my mind at the end of days. It is something that anyone can use to reflect and relieve themselves of daily burdens.
Nutrition and Daily Activities
As a football player, I work out at least once a day. Along with staying fit with physical activity, a good balanced diet is necessary as well. I eat 4 times a day to maintain my weight and drink tons of water.
Sleep Journal
A sleep Journal is tracking how much sleep you receive daily. This allows you to make sure you get the proper amount of sleep in a day. This also allows you to get on a consistent sleep pattern.
